I am a Global IAM Transformation Lead with over 25 years of experience delivering large-scale identity, cybersecurity, and technology programmes across regulated and enterprise environments.

My expertise sits at the intersection of Identity Governance (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and enterprise security transformation. I lead complex, cross-functional programmes from strategy and operating model design through to implementation, stabilisation, and measurable business outcomes at scale.

Having partnered with global financial institutions, major enterprise organisations, and technology vendors, I specialise in translating identity strategy into structured, executable delivery. My work spans full lifecycle transformation – from business case development and vendor selection through to architecture alignment, regulatory compliance, and operational integration across global workforces.

I operate confidently at executive and board level, aligning security strategy with business priorities and regulatory expectations. Alongside my programme leadership work, I am also an author and speaker at industry events, contributing perspectives on identity governance, privileged access, and enterprise transformation within complex environments.
